The business traces its origins to 2013 through trading activities, while its formal corporate structure was established in February 2020 under the name Négoce Africa SARL. Building on its strong trading foundation, the company progressively expanded its activities into the import-export and distribution of food and beverage products and further diversified into agro-business, logistics and real estate. FinTech & Emerging. On January 6, 2026, the company underwent an extraordinary restructuring, resulting in its official rebranding as RAYKO GROUPE SARL and the expansion of its strategic focus toward technology ecosystems and integrated business solutions. Today, RAYKO GROUPE operates across Guinea and Dubai, leveraging its international network, industry expertise, and strategic partnerships to create sustainable value and deliver integrated solutions across multiple sectors.
